MAKING FITNESS ACCESSIBLE
Flow revamp and service design for a national fitness movement that was a) frustrating regulars with a fragmented booking flow b) alienating retirees/ couch potatoes with irrelevant matches

ROLE
My role was to lead storytelling and user research (interviews, testing, journey, personas). I worked with a designer for flow revamp, and a content strategist for service design blueprint.

PROCESS
For the flow revamp, I worked with a veteran designer and we wanted to challenge ourselves with the speed of iteration and testing. We parked ourselves at stadiums and badminton halls and got sweaty users to test/ refine our iterative designs until the task completion rate improved
